When does the next NJ real estate class start?

The next live English class starts March 16, 2026 and runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Zoom. The next Spanish class also starts Marzo 16, 2026 and runs Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. The on-demand course is available right now - you can start today. Update this answer each time a new session is added.

How many classes are in the course?

The NJ real estate pre-license course is 75 hours total. With the live Zoom format (3 hours per night, Monday through Friday), you complete all 75 hours over 5 weeks. With the on-demand format, you study at your own pace and most students finish in 5 to 8 weeks. There is no minimum or maximum number of sessions per week for on-demand students.

What if I miss a live class session?

If you miss a live Zoom session, recordings are available so you can catch up before the next class. We understand that life happens - work, family, and other commitments are real. That said, students who attend every live session consistently perform better on the final exam. If you have an unpredictable schedule, the on-demand course may be a better fit.

Can I switch from the live course to on-demand if my schedule changes?

Yes. If you enroll in the live Zoom course and your schedule changes, contact us at (908) 264-2020 and we will work with you. Your progress transfers - you do not lose any of the hours you have already completed. We want you to finish and get licensed, and we will find a way to make that work.
